Customer Quality Technician (Temp-to-Perm)
Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Quality Technician to support quality operations for a global manufacturing organization in Senatobia, Mississippi. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for early-career professionals who hold a 4-year degree and are seeking hands-on experience and long-term growth within a manufacturing and quality environment.
The Customer Quality Technician will support quality systems, audits, documentation, and customer-related quality activities. This role includes travel to customer sites as needed and close collaboration with internal quality and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with implementing and maintaining quality management systems
· Support quality audits, inspections, and corrective action processes
· Collect, analyze, and report quality data and KPIs
· Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
· Utilize measurement tools and systems to verify product and process quality
· Support troubleshooting related to quality issues
· Assist with training operational teams on quality procedures and standards
· Travel to customer sites to support quality resolution efforts
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required
· Preferred fields: Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline
· 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, mechanical, or electrical environments
· Comfortable with travel as part of the role
· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
Pay & Employment Details
Pay Rate: $19.50–$21.50/hour (based on education and experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
